Rubber waste in the manufacture of tires and rubber products in the world is a serious problem that has repercussions on the environment and the national economy. And since more than 70% of the rubber is used in the tire industry, the waste of this industry is considered the biggest problem. In Egypt, there are two large companies for the rubber industry, which produce no less than 1,500 tons of waste annually. And one sees tires dumped on streets distorting the general view, and also dumped in waterways (canals and drains), which impedes the flow of water. Piles of tires are a source of breeding for mosquitoes and mice of all kinds, and this affects public health. And disposing of these wastes, so the waste must be classified and utilized as a source of raw material for some small industries such as the shoe and furniture industry ... etc. And the greatest benefit is when these wastes are converted into powder by grinding and sieving. This powder can be converted into reclaimed rubber, which can be used in Mixtures to produce inexpensive products such as tiles, pedals, car floor mats...etc, or adding soft powder to rubber mixtures to replace part of the expensive carbon black for an economical purpose, or using this powder in road and street paving operations to increase its efficiency and increase its life span. Therefore, recycling of rubber waste must be encouraged and supported in order to preserve the environment and support the economy
