In first part, synthesis and evaluation of conductive polymer nanocomposites (CPNCs) as conductive adhesives for electric circuit, based on polymethyl methacrylate as matrix and different % of silver nanoparticles. Such adhesives have the advantageous that they will replace adhesives commonly used, based on toxic tin and lead.
In second part, conductive adhesives based on epoxy resin as matrix and silver, nickel nanoparticles as fillers have been synthesized and proved to have higher electrical conductivity than that based on polymethyl methacrylate.
